Die Rheinbahn App bietet Ihnen Tickets für Bus und Bahn im Raum Düsseldorf und für den gesamten Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Ruhr (VRR) sowie Fahrpläne und aktuelle Informationen.

**Fahrplanauskunft** Geben Sie einfach Ihre Strecke ein und die Rheinbahn App sucht für Sie deutschlandweit die schnellste Verbindung mit Bus und Bahn heraus. Ist die Ortungsfunktion (GPS) aktiviert, übernimmt die App Ihren aktuellen Standort automatisch als Start- bzw. Zielpunkt. Natürlich können Sie Haltestellen, Adressen oder besondere Orte auch manuell eingeben. Die integrierte Kartenfunktion hilft Ihnen bei der Orientierung – auch für eventuelle Fußwege.

**Schnellauskunft** Legen Sie Ihre häufig genutzten Verbindungen als Favoriten an. Speichern Sie zum Beispiel den Standort Ihrer Arbeit oder des Fitness Centers und ziehen Sie Start oder Ziel per Drag and Drop zueinander, um die Fahrplanauskunft zu starten.

**Abfahrtsmonitor** Der Abfahrtsmonitor zeigt Ihnen die nächsten Abfahrten an der von Ihnen gewählten Haltestelle an – unter Berücksichtigung von Echtzeitdaten sowie Prognosen zur Pünktlichkeit.

**Tickets** Mit der App können Sie jederzeit Tickets kaufen – bezahlen Sie bequem und ohne Registrierung per Prepaid oder nach einmaliger Registrierung per Lastschrift oder Kreditkarte. Neben den VRR-Tickets erhalten Sie in der Rheinbahn App auch VRS- und NRW-Tickets.

Bitte beachten Sie: Wenn der Gültigkeitsbeginn vor dem Kauf eines HandyTickets nicht einstellbar ist (Abfrage Monat/Datum/Uhrzeit), sind diese Tickets direkt nach dem Kauf gültig. Das Ticket muss vor dem Betreten der Fahrzeuge auf dem Handy vorzeigbar sein.

Ihre gekauften Tickets können Sie unter „Meine Tickets“ abrufen.

**Abonnement** Sie sind im Besitz eines YoungTicketPLUS Abonnements? Dieses Abo können Sie in die App übertragen und dort auch bearbeiten. Die Chipkarte wird damit überflüssig. Die Aufnahme weiterer Abos ist in Planung.

**Ticket Favoriten** Ihre häufig genutzten Tickets können Sie auch als Favoriten festlegen. Unter „Ticket Favoriten“ im Hauptmenü können Sie den Ticketkauf somit schneller durchführen.

**VerkehrsInfo** Hier finden Sie Meldungen zu Verspätungen, Bauarbeiten oder sonstigen Hindernissen, die nicht im Fahrplan auftauchen, im Raum Düsseldorf und dem gesamten Rheinland. Im Bereich „VerkehrsInfo“ können Sie individuelle Regeln für Push Nachrichten erstellen. So erhalten Sie automatisch Störungsmeldungen für gewählte Linien und Zeiten.

**Linien und Liniennetzpläne** Alle Bus- und Bahn-Linien in Düsseldorf und Umgebung sind einzeln aufrufbar und auch als PDF-Ansicht einsehbar. Laden Sie die Liniennetzpläne für Düsseldorf und Umgebung bequem auf Ihr Smartphone und orientieren Sie sich ganz einfach im Netz der Rheinbahn.

**Einstellungen** Sie können die Fahrplanauskunft, den Abfahrtsmonitor oder Tickets als Startseite festlegen und jederzeit ändern. Weiter gibt es zahlreiche Personalisierungsmöglichkeiten hinsichtlich Barrierefreiheit, Geschwindigkeit und Verkehrsmittel.

**Meine Ziele** Im Hauptmenü können Sie Ihre am häufigsten verwendeten Ziele verwalten. Vergeben Sie jeweils einen Namen (z.B. Arbeit) und wählen Sie die gewünschte Zieladresse aus. Wenn Sie unter VerkehrsInfo eine Linie mit einem Stern markiert haben, werden Ihnen Störungsmeldungen in diesem persönlichen Bereich angezeigt.

The Rheinbahn App offers tickets for buses and trains in the Dusseldorf area and for the entire Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Ruhr (VRR) as well as timetables and current information.

** Timetable information ** Simply enter your route and the Rheinbahn app will search for the fastest connection by bus and train in Germany. If the location function (GPS) is activated, the app automatically assumes your current location as the start or destination point. Of course you can also enter stops, addresses or special places manually. The integrated map function helps you with the orientation - also for possible footpaths.

** Quick Information ** Make your frequently used connections a favorite. For example, save the location of your work or fitness center and drag and drop each other to start the timetable.

** Departure Monitor ** The departure monitor will show you the next departures at the stop you have chosen, taking into account real-time data and predictions of punctuality.

** Tickets ** With the app you can buy tickets at any time - you can pay comfortably and without registration via prepaid or after a single registration by direct debit or credit card. In addition to the VRR tickets, the Rheinbahn App also offers VRS and NRW tickets.

Please note: If the start of validity is not adjustable before buying a HandyTicket (query month / date / time), these tickets are valid immediately after purchase. The ticket must be presentable on the mobile phone before entering the vehicles.

You can call up your purchased tickets under "My Tickets".

** Subscription ** Are you in possession of a YoungTicketPLUS subscription? You can transfer this subscription to the app and edit it there. The chip card is thus superfluous. The admission of further subscriptions is in planning.

** Ticket Favorites ** You can also set your frequently used tickets as favorites. Under "Ticket Favorites" in the main menu, you can thus buy tickets faster.

** VerkehrsInfo ** Here you will find reports about delays, construction work or other obstacles that do not appear in the timetable, in the Düsseldorf area and the entire Rhineland. In the Traffic Info section, you can create custom push message rules. This automatically gives you error messages for selected lines and times.

** Lines and line network plans ** All bus and train lines in Dusseldorf and the surrounding area can be accessed individually and can also be viewed as a PDF view. Simply download the line network plans for Dusseldorf and the surrounding area to your smartphone and simply orient yourself in the Rheinbahn network.

** Settings ** You can set the timetable information, the departure monitor or tickets as the start page and change them at any time. There are also numerous personalization options with regard to accessibility, speed and means of transport.

** My Destinations ** The main menu allows you to manage your most frequently used destinations. Give each a name (for example, work) and select the desired destination. If you have marked a line with an asterisk under Traffic Info, you will be notified of disturbance messages in this personal area.
